I'm so tired of everyone blaiming Lindros, he was an outstanding player, that dominated the NHL for years with LeClair and Renberg. It's a shame that noone can accept the fact that he was a fantastic playmaker and scorer that could play physically (Wich Gretsky couldn't) Without the concussions, he would truly be the next one!
lindros was supposed to be the next wayne gretzky. giving him the nickname "the next one"(in reference to gretzky's "the great one". this video shows his great skill, and how he used to combine size with skill to score goals. But now, 8 concussions later, lindros is on the third line of a leafs team which missed the playoffs.

When healthy, Lindros surpassed all expectations and was truly the best player in the league by a considerable margin. I don't subscribe to the traditional Philadelphia know-nothing policy about Lindros.
