So what needs to be done is an item needs to be invented where (like the Breathalyzer) you breath into a tube and you can be checked if you're high, and the give these intruments to the police and such. That way the government would be able to tax it. Once that's done people could get it legalized =D

@seanmartin888 dude the pharmacies aren't the only reason. not only would pharmacies stand to lose money, but companies that sell wood and chop down forests would stand to lose more because hemp can be used to make a more durable paper than trees - trees take a life time to grow, hemp takes one year. not to mention that oil companies would lose money too because hemp can be used as a non-toxic source of fuel. there are many other reasons why it's still illegal.

Marijuana is also a good medicinal drug for some people such as cancer patients going through chemotherapy, also a drug called dronabinol which actually has a fair amount of tetrahyrdocannabinol(thc)can be used for nausea, headaches, etc. And just because some people decide to instead of going out and drinking, possibly becoming violent and in many cases aggressive,decide to stay at home and have a laugh with a few friends or watch something funny doesnt make them a loser.
