  • Gibson sucks DEAN USA

  • if you'll own a Gibson les paul standard 2008 that staY INTUNE, you don' t need a Robot ,

  • is that why gibson doesnt make these?

  • At 0:34 I thought it was going to be like Anthony Perkins getting killed by the robot on The Black Hole!

  • loooooool

  • MAYBE IT SHOOT LASER TOO!

  • theres an acoustic ver. as well, i have the electric one, its basically for lazy ppl but i like it cuz its easy

  • Gibson Robot guitars aren't evil...they just wanna hypnotize you, invade your home, and possibly rape your cat and a random goat.

  • EVERYONE READ THIS!

why do you want this guitar? buying this guitar is exactly like doing this:

Buying a shit expencive hot dog, while you could buy a Whole pack at a super market and making them at home for free..

  • I never used to like these Robot guitars 'till I played the Robot SG Special.

  • i want one so badly!!!

  • Lol sweet i want that guitar!!!

  • i love gibson i love fender

but in my opinion this isnt the way gibson should go,im not into all the electronics just give me a guitar made of wood with strings, ill do the rest

  • my mind has just been blown

  • Awsome!

  • Music by Morricone :0

  • move along

  • @Dimavery11 Jedi mind-trick! "These are not the droids you're looking for..." LOL

  • hahaha great ad

  • THE GUITAR IS SHIT

  • that thing is the most difficult thing to figure out

the les paul is heavy enough when i tried that out it weighed like 2 les pauls. i couldn't figure out how to tune it and the big bulky tuners were weird looking just stick with a normal guitar and use a tuner much easier

  • This guitar is not for begginers. When you're playing a gig and you need a guitar with another tuning, you don't have to waste time for pluging in another guitar. Just press the button and it retunes itself.

(sorry for text mistakes :P )

  • Thats fine if you use the pre programed tunings. What if you don't want to copy other artists and would like create your own tunings. Your pretty much back to square 1. Its a tribute guitar! The only people that will use it are rich business men and artists who have been payed to use it. Regardless of all the technology, its still got the annoying, chubby, short scale neck and no tremolo.

  • hahaha i haven't been paid for playing and i'm 16, if u want ur own tunning and not a programmed one then just program ur own tune there is no problem with that.... and the guitar is very comfortable

  • THE GUITAR IS GOOD

  • very kool the whole mind control thing is a little over the top but watever its insane but there kinda blowin in out of proportion

  • Ya that's really "nifty" and everything, but in my opinion, if you can't TUNE the friggin guitar then you can't PLAY the friggin guitar. Get my drift?.....it's still cool tho lol...

  • i catch yo drift dawg i hear ya

  • lol

  • Lol, funny commercial. And the robot looks like an interesting innovation, I know it´s a lot cheaper to buy a normal guitar and change the tuning by yourself, but who knows? maybe in the future all guitars will tune themselves :O

  • Maybe in the future, guitars will play themselves :O

  • lol

  • i had the smae fear, that may put me out of a job

  • @MTandrei then they might make themselves :'(

  • @PlayRockGuitarSongs Guitars making guitars. lol

  • @MTandrei wouldn't that kinda suck?

  • @MTandrei there's no point in that??

  • WTF!?!?!?!

  • lol

  • that is the real factory

  • yay it's coming out of the factory so does this mean it's gonna come to my house and let me play it?

  • Actually, they're selling at $2,100 now.

  • Are you sure? 0_o I didn't know that.

  • no way?!

  • cool guitar but ytf would u spend like 6000$ more on this then instead takin half an hr to change the strings or tune them!! DUH!!!

  • Nice guitar. But this is for noobs and my comrades can agree. Just buy 10 guitars and switch em' out babay! Plus, you can just get some locking Grover key tuners.

  • acutally it is 10,000 I looked it up

  • actually on the website it says 2500 msrp

  • Owned

  • then they have to build the guitar that plays automaticly and bingo, no more human guitarist!!

  • lol

  • i got one :p it blue and there so many different settings like a-f but you have to look at the manual becuase the guitar is not tuned by its letter like each letter stands for somthing else. Also it doesnt work uless you set it to primary then sync. it.

  • how much did u pay for it if you dont mind my asking

  • $2,400 I figured might as well pay that much cause in a few years it will be many thousands of dollars. Since it was the first robotic guitar made. They will make newer versions, but this the first.

  • you mean $2.500

  • no it is not two dollars and 50 cents it is two thousand to yes i meen 2,400 not 2.400

  • last time i checked it was $2,500 maybe its our location that makes the price different sorry i did kind of sound like a dick their and the . and the , r so close together and i have huge fingers my bad.

  • is this f'realz??

  • yeah dude, its for real, it came out officially on Dec. 7th

  • i cant wait until they lower the price....then im getting one

  • its limited edition....

  • they will propably do a wider rerun of this, but it wont be the same.

  • Sweet! No More tuning to Drop D and C!
