  • selling one of these if you guys want. just search for lovetone doppelganger on ebay.

  • Pedal 1 and Pedal 2 are not the Effects Loop! The DoppleGanger doesn't have an Effects Loop! Pedal 1 and Pedal 2 are Expression Pedal inputs so you can control the knobs with an Expression Pedal!

  • where did he get johnny cash from?

  • That's something the cure would use.

  • 6:53 "I wanna see that *CENSURED* come on! "

Uncensored version: I wanna see that bitch come on!

  • This would be sick on the first bass solo or any of the solos in orion

  • i could image thats a cool thing for vocals to !!!

  • yeah great effekt ! nice amps in the back by the way like it xD !

  • MOST of this video is yak yakyak.

  • "You are only limited by tour creativity"

    "And your imagination"

    yeah, that dude is baked.

  • David taub has a transperanr invisible right foot BTW.

  • great pedal but the pedal inputs are for expression controlled speed rather than the fx loop, which is on the meatball and ? flanger instead.

  • cool pedal! great lessons thanks!

  • I prefer your normal wah pedal.

I get weirder sounds with a pencil....

I'm not dissing it though, as the kids say it's very groovy...wait.

  • reminds me of a PINK FLOYD sound - I bet Gilmore had one of those back in the day - DARK SIDE OF THE MOON ANYONE? lol

  • @robdrums69 heres gilmour's dsotm pedal list

    Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face (BC108)

  • to anyone watching the video after this comment: watch the guy in the black shirt.

tell me that guy doesn't look stoned off his ass playing with the knobs, hahahaha

  • This would be very cool with a CV connected to a pedal.

  • Sike-a-delic!

  • I love how this has so much play, and how you can tune it so many different ways.

  • to much disturbance for me to like it.

  • I wonder what his hair looks like, if he has hair, since i've never seen a video of him without is cap backwards...

Really cool effect though, I'd love to get my hands on one of those!

  • at 5:04 its so cool that he immediately "fixes" it so it's not cool anymore ?

  • interesting, but these effects can all be achieved with pc mastering ... and if you dont believe me ..... you dont know what ur talking about :D

  • @mikesomething There are still loads and loads of people who prefer analog signals... and that smiley at the end... is really irritating. :D

  • @mikesomething yes, but software tries to emulate these analog boxes. They try to reproduce the sound but will never sound as good. There is loss of information when you go from analoge to digital, and I doubt that computers will be as good as analoge anytime in the near future

  • @Rafterman123 maybe 10 years ago .... these pedals would be good for live stuff sure, but otherwise they are outdated

  • @mikesomething Bro, these things are $700-$900 for a reason. And thats just for one kind of effect

  • @Rafterman123 yea I was especially impressed at the point where he used this expensive box of wires to PAN the sound from left to right. blew my mind. the effects in this video, and many many more easily done with pc software, you want me to make a vid to show u ?

  • @mikesomething It's not a question of being able to get a similar effect. Its about the sound and quality that these analoge boxes produce. I don't need you to show me because I have top of the range software and pedals, and its pedals 100% of the time. Software is for convenience. I'm sure you can get the same sound, so can I, but listened through high quality speakers, A and B switch between the two and they will sound very different. Its a matter of preference I guess

  • @Rafterman123 not at all, there is not magic inside these pedals, it is simlple maths applied to the sound wave. this same effect is applied via computer programs, there isn't a difference, it is maths, the numbers don't change.

  • @mikesomething There is a difference. The pedals are anologe and software is digital.

  • @Rafterman123 nah, not these days, the sample rates are too high can easily do 4 times better than cd quality

  • Oh it was so cool, on my local craigslist in london I just bought an almost brande new custom limted edition gibson les paul for 420 pounds, OMG!
