I have the same unit, we had it installed in August (2011) So far it has been working flawlessly. We had central air installed and use this unit for the domestic hot water and for the hydro air heating (not sure if that is the correct terminology) using a Trane Air handler.
Do you know how often the strainer should be cleaned as well as the inlet air filter? Is this something that the homeowner can easily do?
