So, I realize this was posted over 2 1/2 years ago and I didn't get many other videos posted. Sorry for that! But after a couple of my rc's went missing (including my brushless rustler) I took a leave from the hobby for a bit. I've since gotten back in and have built up a brushed Rustler, a Mamba brushless Slash 4x4 and finally got myself one of the newer E-Maxx's too. So hopefully I can get the camera out again when I run these things.

@madmadmadmad0000004 the new ones are waterproof, my xl-5 seems to be very tough (haven't broken anything yet), and u will probably want a balancer if u do lipo (just get an 8 cell nimh, alot less hassle and still fun)
yeah that means the grease is stuck in the holes for the screws and it made it strip because it seemed like it was not tight enoght and when you tightened it down it stripped the whole i have had that problem twice and i know it sucks
Thanks for the kind comments. The other truck has Mamba Max brushless system & a locked differential, so on pavement it breaks a lot of driveshaft parts. Just got a new differential in the mail today though, so hopefully I can keep it running longer next time :p

1. is it waterproof?
2. how easily will it brake?
3. will it need a balanced charger?

@madmadmadmad0000004 if u want lipo it needs a balenced charger or u can get a blinkey but i wouldnt trust those. aand it is waterproof

Yeah, they're both Traxxas Rustlers. The broken one I custom built from mostly aftermarket pieces & had a Mamba Brushless system in it

I bought a main differential of vxl but when I assembled it, I can turn the four screws even when they are fully tight. someone with same problem ?
