  • great dolio... amazing those girls ...

  • nicee =).. lately i've been seeing more girls give knockouts **thumbs up**

  • Good lesson!

  • Nice Kick i Luv Taekwondo

  • Best Knockout

  • It appears that the girl in blue has a longer leg reach as she is a relatively taller; thus, she is better positioned for a head kick. But again, everyone has advantage and disadvantages. It's just a matter how to exploit your opponent's weaknesses and capitalise on your own strength.

  • well i kept my hands up and my hand waqs broken and my wrist warped...

    I was screaming

    "Knouckme out!!"

  • Actually, that was a fast kick - cover punch - round kick combination.

  • Isn't that a pandal chagi ? The pivoting leg ain't turned enough for it to be called roundhouse. Nice one tho.

  • A pada chagi is a defensive counter kick. A head kick requires less pivoting than a body kick. It was a fast kick - cover punch high round kick combo.

  • wtf that wasnt a fastkick that was an apchagi(frontfoot roundhouse)

  • @TKDstar77 The skip in before the apal makes it a fast kick. The Apal is a defensive front leg round round in place.

  • Nice head shot. Just goes to show that the basics are always needed - KEEP YOUR HANDS UP!!!

  • IDD

  • that kid dint have his hands up, man against a mma fighter these lil kids be knocked the hell out. all they do is kik stop them from kiking they have nothing. how u stop them? EASY HANDS UP, but nuu tkds refuse to have hands up like a mt fighter

  • that is a knockout buddy

  • Yes by the rules one has to get up by 10 and that girl was down for over a minute. She wan't out cold, but she was knocked out under the rules of the sport.

  • quick some1 call 911 we have a nose blocker

  • Wow!

    Where is a hospital?

  • Hahaha I did this exact same thing in the Portland qualifiers (only with an axe kick, not a high-round)

  • a good but not great knockout, see some of my taekwondo fights.

  • Not a knockout out cold, but down for far more than the count.

  • watching this video over and over, and i doubt this girl was harmed in any way. being a paramedic i would have told her; SIT DOWN, your day is over. just to be safe though. Thank God for amonia caps. haha! KIAP!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • No one died, don't be stupid. The was merely stunned and could not make the 8 count. She got up a minute later and continued to fight 5 minutes afterward, though the ref should have never allowed that to happen.

  • Hello dannepanne87,

you are from sweden? This fight is somewhere in th u.s. . How you can know, that the girl should have died? Please explain it and give us the details and fscst about. It is clear, that it is possible, that the girl suffered more severe injuries then first expected. But you have to give us the facts, that we can verify them.

  • Thanks guys for your comments, much appreciated. l am glad the girl was ok and able to compete afterwards. She must be a very courageous girl. That had to of hurt, her. Sure Martial arts has its knocks ,bumbs and bruises. But as i said before my step neice has taken an interest in Taekwondo, this clip has given me some interest. Hope your son was ok wuran66. My brother had his skull fractured when he was about 7, run over by a racehorse. Spent some time in hospital but was ok.

  • There was no injury and in fact the girl who was knocked out was allowed over five minutes to reocover and went on to compete well. The referee should never had let this happen though, as the rules require that one who can not be ready by the count of eight to not compete for 30 days. The rules for this age group also require DQing the kicker, which was not done. The refs and judges were awful, but that is par for the course in taekwondo.

  • This is a contolled contact division. The kicker could have been disqualified. As a blackbelt one should have the control to stay within the rules of the competition. The referee did a great job.

  • Shit, hope that girl was ok. Its not good for an 11 year old girl to be koed. Hope its her last. Good kick though, so you think that an 11 year old girl could k.o. a man with that kick, lets hope so.

  • Hahah! Try saying martial arts is impractical when you get knocked out by an 11 year-old, punk!

  • wow!

  • definately a DQ. Must have controll at that age.

  • Should have been dq'd but the bad ref let the girl wallow on the mat in tears for 2 minutes, then recover for 2 more and continue to fight. The rules require that you not fight again for 30 days if you can't get up in 8 seconds!

  • lol u got dq'd
