unfortunately its the way the world is. The slightest... err.. slight against someone's feelings and in come the lawyers then in come the tabloids. You see it all the time. This somewhate shte system safeguards bad publiciy. dont blame youtube, blame the lawyers, the law, and the complete arses out there who just look for an excuse to have a go.

I agree it's an abusive system and should go for a ratings system of some sort. It would be a lot better than the flagging system in place now.Please youtube in your future updates fix this *****ing problem. I mean fucking problem.

The Flag feature should be eliminated entirely. As a compromise, it should at least be eliminated for all users 18 years of age and older.

I've gotten flagged for explicit content, YT just added some thing where people have to verify their age by logging in before they can view the video.

I flagged gluesniffer666 under drug abuse for showing kids sniffing glue

I think you give too much credit to those who run youtube. I think the "spirit" of the guidelines is to offer a balance that maximizes ease of operation for those who run youtube - that includes giving in to a certain amount of pressure from loudmouths and busybodies. It is not in the spirit of consideration, but in the spirit of rewarding assholery.

I always flag Theist videos as hateful or abusive content that Promotes hatred or violence but only if they block me. or delete my comments to make it look like I said something else.
