Id like some other opinions on this.... this doesn't seem to be dubstep completely, id almost say just... "techy break-beat" with dubstup undertone.

usually its called break step but this tune is a breaks remix of a dubstep tune but you will find tunes that start off dubstep and have breakdowns where its beat turns to breaks thats breakstep

@dudesaucemckee Yes, the original track is dubstep but with the beat being brought down to 130bpm and the 4/4 beat it could be classified as fidget.
