The news have been confirmed for news paper from organizer of miss kosovo fadil berisha which mean time is and Official photographer of miss universe. Berisha said that he is going to try to get miss kosovo in vietnam by getting visa w/ albanian passport but vietnamese authoritues said that they wont allow 2 albanian passport
