Above the volt meters is a keypad and an LCD...
Above them is a pair of hivoltage caps (blue)

so do you have them hooked up to any thing... is it like a rfid lock?
The high voltage caps are used to store the BEMF from the primary drive coil...
The LCD and keypad, well, i'm developing an advanced Pulse Motor control system. For that, you'll have to visit the TEEP forums
