This show doesn't pull punches, read "Inside Delts Force" A Very matter-of fact view of terrorism and spec ops life and training.

Probably one of the best action shows ever on TV,

I little jingoistic, but then you need to be to go into harms way and put lead into other peoples vitals.

Actually in the book the Delta's are a little more
