Actually, this instability is creating a stable rotational movement. The instability here in addition to the cold/warm change is what will keep the movement from going on. Since the ether (as described by Tesla) would be a perfect fluid that would wet anything that exist, it (the ether) would then be agitated by this movement (not sure if it's the cold/warm movement, the magnetic movement or simply both together).

From what I understood by reading Tesla's work, matter would be created from a whirlwind movement of the ether. When the movement vanish, matter would go back to the etheric state. Nevertheless, a rotational movement of the ether will create a interesting reaction.

If you think a little about this. Space is cold (from what I know). Explosion of starts and such is creating heat.. This engages a rotational movement (just like a tornado on earth). With this rotational movement, ether and is cought in the whirlwind action and everything follows.... matter is set to spin....inertia and gravity takes on, the convservation of angular momentum increases the speed and force of the rotation and so on.
