I agree completely, i come from a similar background, and as children we longed to see the parent who was suposedly so bad, infact it was the other that was. we now know, that as children we were used as a tool by this parent to manipulate all the benifits, to control the other parent, and mainly used to gain sympothy votes. We both felt very cheated, but were very lucky to be reunited with the one that loved us. I think a dated system is now aware of such people.
