Can we all say "AMAZING". I have seen Blue Oct. 3x's they blow my mind. And I have been going to concerts since 1977. My 1st concert was Jethro Tull ticket were 7.50 each @ Radio City Music Hall in NYC the T shirt was $5. You can't even park for $5 dollars at a large venue.
@amyre7 The song that follows "PRN" is "Come In Closer" and fyi, that girl is Zayra Alvarez who appeared as a contestant on the show Rockstar: Supernova in 2006 with Tommy Lee, Gilby Clarke and Jason Newstead. She also appears on the studio version as well and also on "Into The Ocean" off their Foiled album.. She has since recorded and released her own album.
The violin part is not all that difficult so I have to say he did a good job making the melody sing and emotional. But any conservatory trained musician could play these notes and simple phrases. I don't like the fact there's a bit much reverb in the venue he's playing because it does him a bit of disservice cause you can't hear the clarity and precision of his attacks. All in all, he's good and so is his tone.
@evergreenregina broke the dragon. has since been replaced by epoch with a custom-made dragon w/ eyes that light up red. to use the best every time would be like drinking beer from an antique bone china set. just not right.
@zjonte95 it's the arcing stroke. rolling over each of the four strings in one stroke, each producing a different note. it's all about the finesse of the stroke, though. like try to roll a violin bow over a powerline, over the entire top half of the line, but without touching it. that's the kind of stroke.
