No. It was 5 seconds until he killed Joseph and drained his blood. After that his head fully grafted to Johnathon Joestar's body and he unleashed his full potential. At that point he was able to use The World to stop time for several minutes.

Also in the mango it wasn't Avdol in the coffin anyway. It was Nukesaku instead. Avdol is still killed by Vanilla Ice and his Stand Cream in the mango, but it happens before the party gets to the coffin chamber in the lobby of Dio's mansion. The funny thing is that Avdol was supposed to have died much earlier in the mango, but fan outrcy made Araki bring him back only to rekill him.

Nah it gradually increased the more he did it so at first it was a split second, then one, the most he ever got before draining Joseph's blood was like 3 I think? Then he was able to do it for 5 seconds. In Jojos, the longest possible time for anybody to stop time is 15 seconds iirc so it couldnt be several minutes. Yes, if you have vampiric powers and superhuman strength like Dio you can pick up a steamroller in 5 or less seconds

That's generally how things go with Anime/OVAs as opposed to the Manga. Also, there were only a handful of episodes, so they had to speed things along and only hit some of the highlights.
