@Leoginides lock and load has a 6% proc with black arrow you dumbfuck...so you dont get it that much unless you are in raids spamming black arrows everytime it is off CD
@Rizorok2006 it scales with AP..like with explosive shot on my hunter my AP is rougly 6.1k, and it crits for around 4k per tic out of raids..in raids around 6k per tic

Last time i was in the ptr around the first week it was open a tick did 900 damage without non crit. I read the tooltip and it said it now ticks for less than 250, wtf. Thats less than a lock's dot.
lol SV tree looked amaizing.. like 50% passive crit chance and 70% crit chance on several shots (explosive + Kill shot) and around 80% procced crit chance + decent damage. 2 bad they nerfed the shit out of explosive shot... It doesn't mather becaue i am going MM anyway with the new changes to MM tree!

This skill scale with attack power, but yes it was nerfed. It was put back around 30-40%. Might come even more changes we are still in beta.
