There is indeed an interesting resemblance in the songs structure, and somewhat in melody. But "Diana" came out in 1957 whereas "All I Need is You" in 1959, 1963 or 1978 (These are the years I found from various sources!)
Also, according to my opinion, Paul Anka's "Diana" sounds much more like an authentic song than "All I Need is You". (This is difficult to evaluate!)
great songs but i will always favour paul anka. how did neil sedaka get away with this one. their both great singers but for me anka had the edge. 10/10.

The chord progression of "You Mean Everything To Me" sounds almost exactly the same as "You Are My Destiny" too.
