That radio sound you heard at the end is some Noise over the radio system i hear the exact thing on my scanner all the time it prob was cause the PA system got patched to a radio that was doing that some do not work in the tunnels and do that

He's the guy who was with Rick Mercer when he did thats segment on the TTC. He ride with him when he drove the CLRV around Hillcrest and the T1 around Wilson.
