  • I fucking hate the song and the band in the background

  • Comment removed

  • ive seen all these bass videos.....its like a bass players wet dream lmao

  • wr can i buy one of those online ?

  • @suprimus666 warwick corvette double buck is very suitable for metal music . why do you think like that?

  • Where is your shop?

  • @suprimus666 "bc rich" is a company that is all into the metal stuff. you should definately check them out first.

  • how much does it costs?

  • what the hell is paramore doing in this video lol

  • i have that bass and befor i thought musicman is the best but after i hold this bass in my hands i didn´t want to touch any other basses i would say its the perfect bass because you can do everything with it but sex^^

  • @olfskater

Just take the top strap button off. Or if your really kinky leave it on.

  • paramore in the background lol!!!

  • I like that crunch on this bass more than the ibanez ones.

  • Warwicks are awesome basses, but they're not for me, as it took me 3 basses to realize that, I love their tone and their woodwork and designs, but I just don't like their necks, too fat for my taste, many of them have too high of action that I couldn't seem to lower any way I tried. I find Musicman, Gibson, Fender, Ibanez, Spector, RIC, Gretsch, and a few others much more comfortable at the neck, But as far as fat tone a perfectly balance 5 string, low action, and balance, Musicman hands down.

  • warwick is so amazing and expensive it makes me horny

  • @suprimus666 get a spector

  • where are you in these videos?

  • PARAMORE! :D

  • no inlays, sickk.

  • @IKIEIEINAIN inlays suck, thats for sure

  • @suprimus666 well if you play metal i would say get a 5 string bass. the low B can really help

  • @suprimus666 warwicks have excellent metal tone

  • Do you work at guitar center or something?

  • These basses have terrible b strings. Tune them eadgc instead. Also check the neck socket for gaps. Neck dive can be a problem too. These ash bodies are semi chambered so they are lighter

  • is it just me, or are these basses completely over priced fo what they are.

I played a lot of high end warwicks and it seems like to me that a lot of people really like to brag them up.

if you're gonna spend $2000-$4000 on a bass try a Dingwall, or Fbass first, they blow Warwick out of the water.

  • @comptilion or a sandberg. for like 1500

  • what bass should i get for under 700? lakland skyline?

  • so awesome bass... wish i could efford one:P

  • 1. get a job

    2. save money

    3. buy bass

    4.????

    5. profit

  • 4.=Shave your entire body, dress like a swedish woman, and sell yourself for sex on the vegas streets.

  • great bass. i have one of these... but with another turning.

  • Is that tuned to F#?

  • guitarcenter doesnt give a shit what tuning its in lol, they keep it even if its out of tune

  • lol...i didnt know ur supposed to throw guitars out if they go out of tune...:D:D

  • @lummond

    no.

  • lol paramore in the back xD

  • is the neck thick? cause it doesnt look like it

  • I own one, and I think it's pretty good to play but everyone feels it different

  • if its an '09 model, then the neck will be quite thin.

  • unless you get the thicker neck, lol.

i have an 09' corvette thats fat neck, and its awesome.

  • Conklin is the best bass. Fender prescision basses are bitchin too.

  • I heave fender and warwick but i guess the warwick make a better sound ever

so do i play solfth rok

  • This is just like my bass... 5 str, Nirvana Black... :X .

  • Why can't I defent Warwick here? If people talk rubish about something they don't know, it may be adressed.

  • If people start comparing Warwick with Ibanez, I know 2 things: 1 They never had a Warwick in their hands, and 2 theire not worthy.

  • True, Warwick is better than Ibanez. Warwick is my 2nd favorite. Fender is the best though.

  • that's a very opinionated statement. Coming from me : I've had a chance to buy either an Ibanez Prestige or a Warwick, and i left with the Ibanez because it didn't have a baseball bat for a neck, as well as being packed with bartolinis, and almost the same tone woods as used in the warwicks.

  • I Do enjoy a good warwick. But I really must agree with you and the baseball bat neck. Didn't like it.

  • not to mention the floppy ass B string I hear on all of the warwicks i've played as well as the one in the video. I'll take my neckthrough, 35" scale, bartolini packed Ibanez Prestige any day over a Warwick.

  • I`m going to buy a new bass, but i`m confuse. Which is better between Ibanez prestige SR5005E ans this warwick Double Buck 5-String Bass ?

  • I`m going to buy a new bass, but i`m confuse. Which is better between Ibanez prestige SR5005E ans this warwick Double Buck 5-String Bass ?

  • Personally I think Warwick is a more professional brand.

  • yeah it cost like it too

  • that warwick needs to be ajusted big time

  • i like the sound of this one horrible song in the back

  • i do 2 lol

  • i've played the one his playing on the video...thats the one i want. light and sounds freaking great

  • I like the Warwick sound, if its a 4 string, I've played at least 4 different Warwicks and the Low B was always very loose and rattely.

  • Maybe they just needed heavier gauge strings.

  • same lol

  • Wow, you think you're in a bad position? The basses here in Bulgaria are too freakin expensive, but that can't stop us... We musicians are poor, but we search quality instruments. For example, an American Standart Fender Precision bass here is 2300 levs, which is like 1700$....4-string

  • This question of price and quality is resolved by how important that bass is for you personally as a musician. If you make your living or a good part of it playing $1000 bucks is chump change.

  • Turn the mids off

  • I like a Warwick production model is awsome. Ive played custom shop thump model once. It was one of the best basses I've ever played

  • This monkey is gonne to heaven :D

  • so, what's your opinion on these basses?

  • Over priced, but i love them. If i run in to a great deal on one. I would by it. No bass is worth more than $700.00 to me. For that i can make a Warmouth that sounds like any bass. Know that it would be hard to spend more.

  • i don't understand why you would think it's over priced? It's one of the best basses you can buy, it's unique in a lot of ways, it's a fair price. Play a $700 bass and then play this one and tell me it's over priced

  • Ibanez have good basses for a nice price (i think). For example the sr506 bm is great (6 string, dual humbucker, heavy tone) for about 700 dollars. I think that one is better than this one. And yes, most basses are over priced :s

  • I totally agree. USUALLY, differences of prices of 1000's of dollars are not very 'big' differences.

You could get something almost as good as or on par with a Warwick, for example and you don't have to spend too much money on it.

  • @universalrenote i eventually bought one, thanks to your reviews. bought it about a year ago and forgot to tell you.

  • @universalrenote I bought one which was originally $1100 AUD but the music store had a sale on all Metal basses, so it went down to $917 and then after another sale in went down to $897. I went to buy it on that day and I knew the guy who was selling me it so he gave me it for $800. May seem pricey but you gotta go for a good opportunity.

  • warwick are amazing.

  • warwick, ibanez, and ESP are great basses for metal.tbh i havent tried a warwick but i know friends/bands that do and it has amazing tone. I love my Ibanez and ESP to death tho, but id buy a warwick if they didnt cost so much x_x

  • I think Warwicks are great for metal, as when as being versatile. They have a deep growly sound to them that give them that make them as good for heavy music as funk or rock or anything. But I agree, the amps are very important to your sound as well

  • I love the paramore in the background.

    I was all like, whaaat?

  • mh sounds pretty nice...how does feel playing?

  • at :14-:18 were you playing stanley clarke?

  • Sounds more like Stevie Wonder's "Higher Ground" to me.

  • Did i hear a Higher Ground attempt around the beggining? Anyway, awesome bass

  • I was thinking of buying this bass, but I've never played one before. Any advice?

  • player 1st, make sure you like neck. I love the 2 humbuckers. If i could afford one i would love to own.

  • okay thanks!

  • Is it a ggod bass for slap?I see that the neck is too close to the pick up...

  • I read that warwick basses are made for funk and slapping. so, I think yes =)

  • PARAMORE!!!

  • Growly and Punchy !

just the way i like it =>
