One of the best boss fight experiences I have ever had. I remember thinking running away from the crumbling castle was intense as hell. Then it was quiet... just a rumbling sound from the rubble. I investigated and I had a vague idea there was 1 more event but the music kicked in... Gannon's colossal form emerged my sword was knocked away, trapped by a wall of fire, Zelda shrieks and the stormy clouds roll in while this epic music of desperation gives me hope that I can do IT!!!!!

the first theme isn't my favorite, i think it's too spunky. lol, but the last theme is amazing and the setting, with the destroyed castle ruins and cloudy sky was one of my favorite settings in OoT! I woulda just stayed there n hung out with Zelda for a bit. Nothing says first date like the top of a nasty ass old castle.

Using the megaton hammer and the biggoron's sword on ganon made him 2 easy. fuck those master sword made it better, but i dont remember if wat ganondorf threw got faster every time u hit it like phantom ganon and that fight was the SHIT if u get it to be a fast-paced slash and get ur heart beating fast, not knowing whether or not u would hit it in time or get hit.......................spea­king of that, i should do a lets play, even though theres a lot out there....as soon as a damn video camera

Indeed! IMOHO this is one of the quintessential games of my generation (referring to those who were born in the mid 1980s). I remember being somewhat filled with emptiness (funny expression that!) for a week or so after I'd finished this, thinking "damn, I wish that game was even longer". Fortunately, there were plenty of side-quests. Took me some time to find all those golden skulltulas..
