  • Clean the surface everytime. I thought I had scratches all over it was only deep dirt that had to be polished out vigoursly. Looks brand new again

  • Good luck following the instructions. Cleaning these cooktops are a PAIN! "Repeat as many times as needed..." - don't worry... you'll be repeating alright.

  • @Wammysoft Not really, it's just a matter of applying a bit of elbow grease and not even that much. If you're not the type to clean up after you cook, a glass cooktop will be a pain for you but if you're the type that cleans up regularly to begin with, the glass cooktop is definitely the better choice.

    i thuaght the same thing then i buaght a home with one and its a sinch i just came on here to make sure i was doing it right haha... mines came with this weird handle thing that has a cloth attached to it. everything literally comes right off.... i think that cleaner thing makes it nonstick or something... easier than cleaning the old fashioned cook tops belive me u will waste more time foiling the old ones than polishing the new ones.
