It's main reason the "Black Market" as it was originally named had to be "Reloaded". I don't think, but don't know if they still allow Child Porn as I haven't been back since seeing that. Tor makes it extremely hard to find out what IP the original data's coming from, your IP appears to be that of an exit node, I appear to be in Germany at the moment. The deep web makes up over 90% of the total internet, only a small part of it's illegal. There's some interesting shit on their too.
