  • you know who i think would play a kick ass Bosch, Mark Harmon. He's the rite age kinda and he's a badass on NCIS, and Bosch is one of the ultimate bad asses

  • 0:24

what the hell is my car doing there?

  • in my head bosch looks like the guy at 0:45

  • No, he looks nothing like that to me, where's the moustache?

  • klc, i tend to ignore bosch's description, and sort of imagine what he'd look like based on his attitude.i somehow can't picture a tough guy with a moustache.

  • if they did a movie, Richard Burgi would be the best likeness of the Bosch in my head.

  • Book was great - but should Harry come back in the movies, maybe Gary Sinise? Or better yet, some unknown actor, they're more believable than the 30 or so actors in most movies at any given time.

  • @boduke70 shit i never thought of Sinise, but i think he'd be real good. I think if it was a TV series Mark Harmon would be goon

  • ive always pictured a sort of vinnie jones guy as bosch, but with the personality of House.

  • I think des lynam should play bosch, classic tache!!

  • Clint Eastwood sucks. Ever since I went to a signing I firmly believe, cliche as it seems, that Michael Connelly fashioned Harry after himself.

  • I know it's just another opinion but I've always had Al Pacino as Harry.

  • actually, now that i think about it, i kind of get robert deniro. because he's a badass,.. and bosch does get laid alot.

  • clint eastwood did mccaleb. and he was not even close to my idea of terry. i'm sticking with my mental images. =)

  • i always think its clint eastwood, cuz eastwood did that movie "bloodwork"

  • Ever since I read my first Bosch novel, I've pictured Robert Forster while reading.

  • the new book was@nt as good as the rest and the book was fucking tiny

  • I think Russel Crow is a good fit.Think back to L.A. Confidential. I thought of Bosh as i watched that movie.

  • Robert Forster is a good one; so is Nick Nolte or Dennis Farina although he is a little too fancy IMHO.....You want a guy who is world weary and shows it. A man who has lived the life of a veteran cop.

  • Any thoughts on Kurt Russell, Tom Selleck or for a bit more star power George Clooney...for Bosch?

  • How about Nick Nolte as Harry Bosch?

    I'm half kidding...

  • I've always thought Christopher Meloni would make a good Bosch...

  • This one seems much shorter than his usual books. Audio is only 5 hours for the unabridged version. It's usually between 10 and 12. Is this correct?

  • This story was originally serialized in the New York Times Magazine. That is why it is a smaller bool. The price reflects the smaller size.

  • i see Robert Forster as Harry Bosch any suggestions

  • If he were still with us;Gerry Orbach would be a perfect Bosch. David caruso would fit the roll as well.

  • I totally think that actor Dennis Farina would be the perfect choice to play Harry Bosch in a movie or TV show. Remember that Clint Eastwood played the Terry McCaleb character in 2002's Blood Work.

  • I just noticed. "The Overlook" wont get out in europe untill the 13 of June.. And i have had the 22 of May marked in my calendar for months now. Crap.

  • what a story - what a writer - I CAN'T WAIT to read the book - Michael Connelly is the best!

  • can't wait for the book to come out, this sounds like it could be the best yet!!!!!!!!

  • Do you wonder why Michael is the best? Here a line from his new book.

"...the cool evening air made the lights shimmer like floating dreams."

    —Michael Connelly, The Overlook

  • I can't wait for this to come out!! On my list of things to read!!

  • captivating!....reading my first connelly novel, the Lincoln Lawyer, and can't wait for this new one to come out.

  • Wow, this nails it. The images really provide the feel of a graphic novel. Quality of both music and video are excellent. Can't wait for the complete tale.

  • Well done video. They've really got the Harry Bosch vibe down. I like the illustrations, narration, and music.

  • You can't go wrong with a Michael Connelly novel!

  • Can't wait for the book to be released. Looks like more vintage Connelly
