Was that the thing where it was very windy and some kids fell out of their canoes?

I went out with the rescue crews. The force of the winds had bent many of the masts on the boats. Had any of the crews been knocked unconscious then the story could have been alot different.

yeh 4 times they where warned. what i'm wondering is what happened to all the people who actually needed an ambulance
