I did the cardiaic diet, and have been doing it. the first time i tried it i lost a good 11 pounds. I love it, it does get you moody by day 3 but if you stick to it you feel so energized and feel a big difference when you wake up in the morning after you completed your day 3. All in all just eat sensible the next 4 days and start the 3 days over again, dont go to mcdonalds and eat crappy food. i eat special k cereal salads and stick around the menu. everybodys different but excercise also helps!
