yes and putting these area's off of florida "off limits" makes the remainging other oil deposits' all the much more the valuable. diamond dealers have been doing the same thing for an eternity. those are not even near the most beatifull beaches nor do they even approach being the finest sands on earth (cuba) even if they were oil is more of a national security concern than a few peoples property values in the "redneck" riviera. just another oil company shill talking the company line , high oil
