When it is taken out of context however, then the mistranslations arise. I suggest you go read the Quran rather than googling isolated Suras and then feel free to rinse me over my beliefs. You quoted Surah 2 Verse 191 etc. The context is meaningless because so very many Muslims believe that the universe belongs exclusively to God, so wherever the non Muslims are and all non Islamic States must surely be fought to create universal Islam. What you need to understand is what Muslims commit does not define Islam. The Quran and Sunnah(The prophets life and sayings do). If that were true, then the 1 million innocent civilians that died in Iraq would make America a terrorist state. The 80 000 or more people that died in Japan because of the atom would mean that America is a terrorist state.

I refuted it by stating that the verse needs to be understood within the context of the Quran, its historical background, and not on its own. Here is the evidence: (2:190) AND FIGHT in God's cause against those who wage war against you, but do not commit aggression - for, verily, God does not love aggressors. Every creature of god has not changed .. animals .. trees ...bird .... the earth ... water ... sky .... they are undisturbed by time and era...It is we humans by our very nature ... question the truth of our almighty .... I find Islam very anthropormorphic, and very religious at the expense of diminished spirituality. And to believe that there's no more updates from God is exasperating. He's now locked up in the 7th century. Please explain.
