He's saying "Tsuki" like Sasuke said. It literally means "Stab" and is a term used in Kendo. It basically means "Attack" or "Strike", like neosyonic said.

Well, I think as in the case of which one sounds better, the one you prefer is usually the one you hear first. Dragonball Z's original voices sound so awful to me, but if I'd seen the original first I'd have thought that they had botched it.

I think that's it too, which might be why I prefer a lot of English dubs over the original Japanese. But that doesn't mean I hate the one I hear later on regardless. I personally enjoy the English version of G Gundam, and judging from this little bit taken from the original, I can't say I'd enjoy it as much.

No...even though it was written in Japanese, the English seems to fit better with the actual animation (for instance, the "love, anger, all of my sorrow" part matches the movements in english, but in Japanese he just talks straight through with no pauses). That and I have a hard time deciphering emotion when Japanese people talk that fast...but maybe that part's just me.
