  • i like to deep the break into the crocus :D

  • So I'm a 15 year old girl,starving and I saw bacon,richmond sausages and a few eggs. Thing is I don't have a clue how to cook bacon,egg or a sausage..Thanks for the help.

  • I hate the yolk

  • WHY ISNT THE YOLK FINISHED? EW

  • @TKOK021 It Is Like

  • I so want that cat oil dispenser. Screw the egg. Post us a link where to get it please

  • i've just flaged this crap as spam, plz follow suit so this garbage would be discouraged

  • Now I know why the English conquered the world...they were looking for cooks cuz their bitches sure can't.

  • next lesson will be how to boil water

  • Why don't British people understand the concept of flipping an egg?

  • Why am i on this video?

  • i got here from temple run...

  • I always wind up with scrambled eggs when I try to cook them sunny side up.

  • look at this guys-arn't we ashamed that WE couldnt make a damn video like this and that WE can make money form this?! its just a egg-in a pan-cooking. and a little cat thing-BUT-im sad that im wasn't the first person to make this video. ***sniffle***

  • In the video she puts the egg on the toast.

Thats yummy, but again, when cooking breakfast for 4 or more people you simply will not have time to be spooning oil on a dozen eggs and buttering toast and getting plates ready and coffee, and juice.

So the main idea of this video is the use of the spoon, but in the real world who will have the time?

  • @AlanMolstad they never say it's for 4 or more people.

  • As for using HIGH heat?

That might not be the best idea in my own history of fires...LOL

The spoon to dump oil on the whites will work, but its a lot of work.

Its a good idea to do that for one egg, but if you are making eggs for a family I doubt you will have time to spoon the oil on a dozen eggs.

  • Ok,,,as for a review of this video:

You are cooking an egg, so its not going to be that tricky.

use of a knife to crack an egg is "unusual" in that it's not how the experts say to do it....but its no big deal.

Metal tools with a non-stick pan used to be wrong, but modern pans are able to take more of a beating from metal tools.

  • my first reaction after u cut the egg...yuck!

coz the yellow is not cooked yuck

  • good breakfast

  • so i broke the egg entirely when i hit it with the knife. im doing good right? lolol :p

  • it looks so yummy!

  • this is actually a shitty egg.

  • nice Video

  • Can't do it

  • Too much oil

  • should have used a bigger pan

  • how the hell did I get here?

  • U Demonstrated Frying an Egg the complicated Way... Curiously I ask Why ?

  • .....Now i'm hungry. *goes and makes fried egg* .....Fyi it turned out terribly TT~TT

  • I'd use more oil than that to make it easier to coat the top of the egg, and also would not let it brown like that, it makes it bitter.

  • but will it blend?

  • You have it but you also have got Salmonella poisoning!

To protect against Salmonella infection, it is recommended that food be heated for at least ten minutes at 75 °C (167 °F) so that the centre of the food reaches 75 °C temperature.

But you cooked it in less than 1 minute! The surface may be cooked but the centre is still cold and raw! One Salmonella bacteria is enough to kill you!

  • @Salahuddin2009a Thats silly

  • @thien369852

    RE: That is silly..

Why do you find it silly? Give me a logical / scientific reason.

  • @Salahuddin2009a The temperature of the oil is WAY hotter than the temp you said

  • @thien369852

Although oil is hot, in shallow-frying oil is only in contact with the bottom of the egg and heat must gradually travel thru the egg to cook it. The yolk begins to thicken at 65 °C and sets at 70 °C. Therefore if the fried-egg’s yolk is runny it has not reached 70 °C.

  • @Salahuddin2009a Have you tried this? like 10-15 minutes does that start to cook the egg before we start frying it? Sounds like it'll lead to badly fried eggs

  • @marineninga

    1-

Firstly; I can see that I made a typing error writing 80-85 °C; actually it should be 60-65 °C. Please accept my apologies, I will change that comment. Secondly, warming the egg make it easier for heat to travel thru the body of egg faster and kill the bacteria faster. When you take the egg out of fridge its temperature is between 2-5°C. Preheating the egg in warm water takes the temperature up close to 60 °C without cooking it (i.e. without coagulation).

  • @marineninga

    2-

To kill the bacteria you can either expose them to high-temperature in a short period of time or lower-temperature in a longer period of time (as long as heat is uncomfortable for them!). Look at it this way, if you drop a man in boiling water he dies in a few seconds of severe burns, but if you keep him in a 50-60 °C heated room he dies in a few hours of dehydration without any burn-marks! There is a correlation between temperature and the time is needed to kill the beast.

  • @marineninga

3- As for eggs; there are 13 different proteins in the egg-white that coagulate at different temperatures (ranging from 61° to 84°C). E.g. Ovotransferrin (which makes up 12% of egg white) begins to set at 60C, but ovalbumin (which makes up 54% of the egg white) doesn't coagulate until the temperature reaches 80 °C. And the egg-yolk proteins begin to thicken at 65 °C and set at 70 °C.

Cooking is not arts, it is science & Engineering!

  • @Salahuddin2009a I'll try it for breakfast tomorrow, but if my eggs taste bad, i'll let you know.

  • @Salahuddin2009a your eggs must suck upload a video if you're brave enough it's only an egg ffs

  • @Salahuddin2009a But eating runny yolk is fine if you are an adult. The adult's immune system is strong enough. We got LOTS and LOTS of people eating it with no problem at all. Unless your immune system is weak.

  • @thien369852

I am not an expert on Salmonella; I only quoted what the health authorities say. Salmonella is the most common type of food-poisoning and more than 90,000 cases were submitted to hospital in the UK last year. UK population is only 60 millions; you do the math.

  • @Salahuddin2009a can you give me a reputable source for the way you cook eggs?

  • Comment removed

  • 2-

Warm up the eggs first by putting them in a bowl of warm water (60 °C) for 15 minutes (don’t worry; eggs do not set at this temperature!). After breaking the eggs in the pan put a glass lid on the pan and fry on medium-low heat.

The combination of pre-heating; cooking on low heat; and trapping heat under the lid together help even cooking of the eggs on both sides and also kills Salmonella bacteria.

  • How to fry an egg and murder it once cooked!

  • Just fry a fucking egg. -_-

  • I asked how to FRY an egg, I didn't ask how to kill it...

  • WAT ABOUT THE SURFACE?!?!!?

  • so much fucking oil;

  • @JackyTVK well......Im stuck what to tell you....perhaps try it without toast?.....(just an idea)

  • @AlanMolstad LOL

  • @JackyTVK LOL ... love it!

  • @JackyTVK you can make toast by putting a bread in a toaster until it pops up also you can set in on some toasters you can set it to the desired tempature like if you want yours more brown or not too brown or maybe in between and i'm thirteen and a beginner i've jsut watched my mom cook and stuff

  • your pans too hot - should be no bubbles in the white . . . . and show us how you made the toast pls

  • metal spoon and spatula on pan. My eyes.

The basting technique is the key.

  • Use ghee (clarified butter) or bacon drippings and it will taste better.

  • why dont you just use non-stick frying pan instead of adding oil on it. oil make the pan not stick.

  • @turboaudia4 The eggs are mostly not fertile

  • I cook eggs and bacon.. and then I sit down and this is in my recommendations..

    1. Why the hell are you using a metal spatula in a nonstick pan??

    2. Use butter instead of oil. Wait until the butter just starts to brown in the pan. You'll notice an amazing flavor difference. <3

  • @Yoachan now thats what i'm talkin bout ^_^ bring in the butter

  • @Yoachan hey i want to ask you something please anyone else if your reading this please answer too:

Is it bad if i use oil to make my eggs? Because when i cook eggs i use oil, not the really unhealthy one just the vegetable one but still its not really healthy but whatever. Anyways please tell me if its bad if i use oil, because every video I've seen on how to make eggs everyone uses butter. How much butter do i have to use to make eggs if you recommend using butter instead of oil?

  • @LUCKYJ3SS3 It ain't bad if you're using oil instead. Butter is mostly used because it adds flavor. And as far as how much butter to use if you use butter.... Just use however much you want. Cooking ain't science, so there's no need to be precise.

Anyways, just use around a tablespoon, give or take.

  • @Yoachan oh, okay thank you. :D\

and does it taste good with butter?

  • @LUCKYJ3SS3 Yep!

  • im 23 and my mums just gone on holiday.. now im going to do this, but with bacon in the pan too lol THEN THROW SUM BEANS UP IN MA MICORWAVE AND SERVE THAT SHIT WITH CHEESE AND TOAST.. shame we dont have any saussages in lol i hope this goes well, ill have to check a bacon frying video first.

  • @FakePlasticShrimp HOW DID IT GO

  • What the hell?! You need to cook just a single egg and 1:38??? I can make an egg for like only 30 seconds.....

  • All that oil for one egg? wtd.

  • that egg is still almost about raw...i flip mine and actually COOK the yolk...idk, do it how you do it i guess.

  • Why would you eat Menstruation? Mindboggling.

  • This is sick. Eggs have feelings like you and me. You could here there skull getting cracked and then their brains fried. I 'll fry you and then you'll know what i mean!

  • @escapedmentalman shut it vegan

  • @CoverHaven

I'm no Vegan I eat Vegans for breakfast

  • @escapedmentalman dude, there arn't real chicks inside of the eggs humans eat. their just duds. dunt make me explain the whole thing O_o

  • @Rainzpwnz

Plz explain I've got all day, all night. Who came first the yolk or the white?

  • @escapedmentalman The CHICKENMOMMA came first!

  • Comment removed

  • looks like the edges of my egg is crunchy. thx btw~ o.o!!!

  • Even the dumbest person in this world can to fry eggs. . All you need is a non sticky frying pan

  • such a cute oil dispenser!!

  • Technically that's not a fried egg. That is sunny-side-up. A fried egg usually is when the yolk is popped. Idk, I'm probably wrong.

  • is it true that u cant eat more than two a day ?

  • mhmmm chicken fetus

  • I just love fried eggs!!

  • FUCK YEAH I'm so pumped to try it tomorrow so far every time I've tried to fry an egg it has been an EPIC fail but I am determined to make it happen tomorrow morning

  • @mmtna how did it go?

  • @radgoodguy very well thank you I use this method all the time now

  • i go to my barn at moreing time and get and cook

  • i am not trolling, i swear the egg is not done enough

when i want running yokes, i flip it once, and make sure all the egg whites are white after cooking, i can see some clear egg whites yo

ps watched your poached egg video, its also not done enough

seriouslly, cook em alittle longer, you still can get running yokes!!
