  • Wow. Excellent. I can do one-legged bridges, but never thought of these. I'll give them a try!

  • I'd suggest that those trying this for the first time wear a helmet... and a mouth-guard, so you don't bite off your tongue when your head slams into the floor.

  • Beast!!!

  • I agree with developing strength in otherwise precarious flexible movements, but doesn't this take too much of a toll on the spine and shoulder? Don't more repetitions of the two-armed variation give similar results?

  • I have been posting a lot of prehab work on wrists and shoulders just for this purpose. As for your question: just as push ups becomes a useless tool for strength development after you are able to do so many, the same will happen with the bridge push up. Advancing in the progressions and variations is essential for strength development.

  • The song is "Martha My Dear" =)

  • ima hong 10 now... lol

  • Ido,

This is a great dynamic strength developer - not just for Floreio Art, but in a vast array of movements. Beautiful execution of the exercise- thanks for the post.

  • This isn't bad for you in any way is it? I mean...you never know. Lol.

Looks great though I'll give it a try tonight and add it to my routine [:

  • NICE... insane, but nice! I appreciate the information.
