  • i kdybych neviděl tu webovku tak poznám že to jsou češky. děs to koukat...."super parta pohodových bab" to je fakt moc

  • EXCELLENT BOSU video.

THIS is how to use a BOSU. You BOUNCE on it!

    The NAME means

    Bounce

    On

    Something

    Unstable

(Not "BOth Sides Up," which idiots keep promoting.)

  • i have the bosu, and in the MANUAL, it says it stands for BOTH SIDES UP. who cares what it stands for, grow up, you didnt create it.

  • @b00gers orry mate but your sounding very ignorant, bounce on something unstable sounds very unprofessional, i highly doubt a succesful ompany would decide to create an acronym out of that. It is "Both Sides Up", its designed to be used on either sides for different outcomes. I'm a personal trainer, i know this. Have a look at the site if you dont believe me.

  • @Jondog54 Not that I disagree with you, but what are those "different outcomes"? With the flat side up we are obviously introducing an unstable surface which incorporates balance and core into the cardio session. With the rubber side up it doesn't seem to achieve much except bounce. This almost seems like a trampoline and might actually detract from a good cardio session by using momentum to assist the participant.

  • if you don't have a bosu, you can always use the belly of a fat guy
