Well i have owned 2 nashes, a butterscotch tele and an ash fifties mary kaye strat. bought both online, i did not like either one. i am a guitar specialist, playing and collecting wise a bonifide expert. the nashes did not play that good, the tele was heavy and the pickups sounded sterile the strat did not have as much tone or voume as my 87 standard and played poorly. great concept, but mine were not up to my specs.

Well, on an aestethic level, you rarely see differences, but there are lots.

The woods're of better quality, maybe they're hand made, ...

the pick-ups are often better, and the more expensive models are often more individually made opposed to factory made. some of the major differences in construction are the type of wood used (some are better for sound and durability than others), and the necks/ frets are straighter to minimize buzz and all.

@imrickjamesiii There Is HUGE difference from this guitar and and a lets say a squire the wood is better the pickups are actually hand wound and 10x better they stay in tune better they are much more versatile and did I mention they stay in tune

iron maiden use strats but they still use humbucker pickups..... so even if they do use strats, its not the original single coil strat

sounds great, although im not a fan of relics. really light "closet classic" ones are cool, but i prefer getting nitro finished instruments like the fender highway ones, and let them wear in on their own.

Nash guitars are freaking sick! One of the guys I work with who owns everything from a Gretsch 6120 to Gibson Les Paul to a ES-335 and lots of things in between swears by them. I picked up his Nash Strat and the thing just sings, it feels like a 60's strat and sounds like one too. Saving up for an Esquire myself! Keep on Bill Nash!
