I always figured this was a case of badly synchronized audio in the original movie. Take the "Watch out for snakes!/Eeeeew!" audio from 0:04 and apply it to circa 0:11-0:12 when Mr. Miller turns around and Roxy clasps her arms and recoils back a little.

@MegaAstroFan18 No it wasn't. I rented this episode from netflix and you can also on the dvd watch the real movie without them and they say it in the real movie and none of the actors say it, so it was someone behind the scenes are something, like I said who said that? lol

I agree with a few of the other commenters here: this sounds like ADR, but why they felt they had to loop that line of dialogue is beyond me. Did editor Don Schneider watch the rough cut and say, "Holy crap, they forgot to say WATCH OUT FOR SNAKES! The movie sucks now." If so, I hope he eventually realized that the movie sucks anyway and that "Watch out for snakes" doesn't help.
