3 months old? It is still small and young. Dragons should mellow out when they are a year old, if not sooner. It just takes time for trust to build.

takes some time buddy, my female is totally mellow but my male is neurotic...he isnt as bad as when i first got him all yah gotta do is just wait it out, one day she'll trust yah...you could start off by just showing her your hand and thats all once or twice a day for a week, then gradually pet her then eventually you can pick her up without her freaking out....to much anyways, lol.
