THHHHHAAAAANNNNKK YOU!!! omgosh... this morning i woke up w/ "THE STIFF NECK", couldnt look side to side. now sitting here at work just after going along w/ur demonstration has worked instantaneously! yes, theres still some soreness, but wow, wutta relief. thanx bunches! and ur babies are beautiful!!! ^_^
I was in pain last night after straining my neck doing pull-ups. It was so painful I could not sleep. So I surfed the net for cures, and found your YouTube video. I used the tennis ball,as you demonstrated on the floor, and then on the bed. I woke up feeling better. Thanks for the video.
OMG! Your technique really worked. I've been having stiff neck pain for three days now. I tried the armpit stretch and the ball, it totally worked! Thank you. Happy New YEAR! Cute kids :-)
Thanks for the video. I've been trying it for a while now. Wondering though: i find it only works in short bursts for me. I tend to get neck pain so severe it often feels like it "moves up" into the base of my skull and stays there until it's a migraine... is this something different? I'm an author and tech support guy so i spend a lot of time at a keyboard, is that contributing? Unsure of what to do. Trying to be pain-free. ;) Thanks.
Thank you for these great tips. I have had a stiff neck for over a week now. Your techniques have provided instant relief. You are book marked under my favorites. Looking forward to all your posts. By the way I am a huge fan of Manny Pacquio.
Thank you from the other side of the world - New Zealand.
I love to approach neck relaxation from many angles. I have tried inflatable cushions and electricution from Dr. Ho but I really like to hang upside down where your head is below your spine instead of on top of it and there's no weight and the weight stretches instead of compressing. We do this by hand trying to pull off our heads (though likely impossible) using triceps.
wow best vid on u tube and ur totally pretty and sexi and u can totallly see your neck muscle connecting to ur shoulder and u look totally sexi in that top and ur tats r awesome, too. i so want to clone you lol much luv...
