  • two pair with another pair on the board and a higher card is easily looked at as a bluff by the pros, but when i first started i would think im value betting kings and tens lol

  • septinho thanks for the upload.

  • mike you ever heard of a book? love the banter these guys have!

  • man this Light guy plays sooo bad...i play better than this guy..

  • @jerestial same, it seems like he doesnt even know wich hands are gud and which arent.

  • love these episodes

think theyre that great fun, because the cash is just peanuts for those pros

  • i thought light had the best hand.

  • @718Gilbert

so you really good in poker

  • ken didnt have the pro's scratching their heads, they just cant figure out that he's an idiot and makes horrible plays

  • Ken light is a moron.

  • awesome!

  • "the second was better written than the first"

is this amateur serious ? who gave him that seat in this game ? i genuinely dislike this dude

  • hellmuth is such a hole,,,,, what an ass for picking on the new guy

  • @julec6469

  • he was not bluffing...he was over-value betting...I can tell he thought he had the best hand.

  • @JimXie Yeh he was over value betting to make daniel think its a bluff, but it reversed on him.

  • "I know his book, i know what he's gonna say!"

    pwned

  • is this guy like a "make a wish kid"

honestly my little brother is better

  • daniel was so racional..he failed to read the novice..happends when you only play with the bests

  • The poker in this is pretty awful to watch. The banter though, is top notch saves the whole show.

  • We earned around 1k during the past 3 days using this free poker bot I discovered. You guys ought to check it out, just go to freepokerbotXnet (replace X with . ) and investigate it!

  • I think even when light threw his hand over - he still thought he had the best hand. Only when everyone reacted like oooooooooh what a bluff did he realize he misread the situation and lied about making that a bluff. There is noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo way he's good enough to make that play.

  • I think he thought he was "bluffing" with the best hand, Daniel plays a lot of his "Small ball poker" strategy so you never know what he has, It's easy to be a genius when you see both players hole cards but the move he made did work........And yes I realize the board paired but one thing that sticks out is Daniel acted confused and Ken let him stay that way. He knew that Daniel didn't want t get caught losing to what appeared to be a very tight amateur player, Just read Super System.

  • hahah i think he thougth he has the bast hand 2, but whatsoever, he should show them that hand for sure.

  • If Negreanu would have called light on the river, i bet light would say i beat your pair of aces with two pair....

that would be so epic fun and humiliating for light xD

  • anyone else get sick of Mikey feeling sorry for himself?

  • nice to see phil in good spirits

  • I think when the 10 hit Ken Light thought he made the best hand with two pair.

He did'nt notice that there was a pair on board already and Daniel may have an Ace and better two pair.

No way did Ken Light think he was bluffing, he said that to save face.

Dont blame Daniel for the lay down, because Ken Light showed so much strength because the moron thought he made the best hand.

  • @harmeshk2

That's totally how I read it too. Its an understandable mistake for an amateur. The ten pairing is irrelevant if Daniel had the ace, which he had pretty much demonstrated so far in the hand.

  • he said the 10 was a good opportunity for a bluff, not sure im seeing that.

    nice "bluff" champ

  • That Mike signature laugh gets annoying.

  • lol mike's laugh 30 seconds into this, hilarious, then 10 seconds later

  • daniel had him he jst let him win

  • he was playin so tight to bluff his favourite player in the end

    GENIUS...

    NOT

  • what a dirty laugh by mike at the beginning of the video

  • "mike you ever heard of a book?" lol....

  • 0:29 - 0:34

  • Daniel let him win ...i think ......when that was mike or phil he will call

  • Light prodely said "I out flopped you" when that 10 fall in. Thinking he had the best hand with 2 pair. Paying attention to only his hand and not the board when there's also a pair of 3s. Any A would've beat his pairs of KT. Now don't make the same mistake like this amature!

  • i honestly dont believe that mr.light was bluffing against daniel, pros at the table im sure knew that too

  • yea you can tell by his hesitation and his sheepish response "I was bluffing" while looking down at the table that he thought K10 beat an ace there.

  • lol at phil needling mike.

  • All i can say is this is the best ep of PAD ive seen. HSP shits on all other ep of PAD other than this one.

  • Well, the week where Matusow, Hellmuth, Laak, Esfandiari, Negreanu and Sheikhan play is also pretty sweet :)

  • the pros gave way too much credit to this dumbass. He probably thought he got two pairs over Daniel's pair of aces.

  • lol light is such an idiot.. worst player i ever saw

  • I really just got the feeling that the pro's went easy on Ken!

  • daniel only folded becoz that guy's been playing rock whole game. n they neva played againest him b4.

  • Yeah, it wouldn't have surprised me if he folded another KJ pre-flop. I think he used his table image a bit there, he had been folding everything and Daniel probably assumed he had either 2 face cards or a pair to go into the hand and only would have bet if he hit it big.

  • i would bet that ken thought that his KT two pair is the best hand, not knowing that any ace beats his hand with the two 3s on board.

  • I agree, I think he was value betting his K 10 not realizing that any ace beat him.

  • for sure....and then he was too pussy to admit

  • Yup. And he didn't realize it until after he bet. He just saw the ten, thought two pair, goody, now I don't have to worry about the ace, bet and then immediately realized, oh poopy, I'm still beat. I admit, I've done the same thing.

  • i think people just don't like him cause he looks funny but he actually is playnng pretty well for someone thats going against pros and putting daniel negreanu out of a hand. I know all of you wanted daniel to call just cause he looks dorky haha. People are racist more on looks then what race people are haha.

  • Um, not the case at all. Light's playing like an idiot. Hate to say it but, he does NOT deserve to be there. At all. Wouldn't matter if "he" were a gorgeous "she", we'd still be appalled.

  • that ken dude is the worst poker player. no doubt. shows his bluff. and cant play any good cards. he sux.

  • Ken Light is my boyfriend so shut up!!!

  • that guy wasnt bluffing. he saw his two pair and was value betting, that KT was good regardless of the texture of the board

  • lol "mike u ever heard of a book"

  • Seriously if ur an amateur in a six man freeroll for 120k against the best in the world then only playing premium hands probably isnt that bad of a strategy especially if hes intimidated by the company, cameras etc. not saying he played well but... id like to see the shit talkers sit in his shoes and outplay negreanu.

  • Poor Ken didn't know what the hell he was doing, he got to third place only b/c he was going to be easy to get picked off eventually anyway, and b/c it barely got into any pots. :/

  • "mike have you ever heard of a book?"

  • i said this on the previous page and ill say it here light WAS NOT bluffing, he waayy over valued his hand and thought it was good. look what he does when phil asks if he was value betting or bluffing..just kinda shrinks and dosent respond then 30 seconds wouldent look at phil and mumbles "b-bluffing"

  • that idiot thought his hand was good.

  • He's an idiot for showing his cards at the end.

  • I think what happened is daniel read him as strong, because light stupidly thought he was good, daniel just confused him for someone who knew what he was doing

  • Ken is such a wad

  • Ken is a flaming faggot.

  • i want to take a large glass and ram it up kens ass, i bet he would enjoy it too

  • anyone have an idea of how much these poker pros net worths would be? any info on that around? like we know oprah winfery is a billionare but what about these poker pros? i want to know

  • pat cardplayer is a website that will show you there life time winnings, if your interested i THINK daniel has the most accumulated somewhere around 9.8M

  • I dont think he was bluffing

He probably forgot the 3s on the board give an ace a better 2 pair, a mistake i used to make all the time

  • I hate the way that the Amateur talks to the pros... Think what you like about Hellmuth, but Light telling him which book is better etc is just ridiculous... 11 WSOP bracelets - Who the hell is Light to say "I said on my blog Phil Hellmuth wouldn't respect me"... He's a donkey who turned up and played bad, what's Phil supposed to do? Adore his donkey play?

Light deserves zero respect, he got lucky with bluffing Daniel... He played it so bad it just confused Daniel into folding.

  • love how ken thinks he's hot shit after the bluff...joke

  • Ya, that guy's an embarassment, betting 5000 is reckless, Daniel could've easily called him, but now, he knows Ken's a bad player, and will just run him over, also, that was ironically the biggest pot he'd won all week on this show, AND the pot that marked the end of him winning any pots even remotely close to the one he won against Daniel, that Ken guy needs to really practice some hold 'em.

  • That guy was so NOT bluffing.

  • oh man thats a good drinking story he will be telling his buddies at the pub for years to come....bluffed dan off a hand on national tv lol...good stuff

  • "i was bluffing".... what a loser, I think he thought K-T two pair beats Aces and Threes

  • He absolutely did think that K-10 was the best hand.

  • listen to Phil Hellmuth at 4:11 saying ace high and then chuckle cos he did the exact same thing in an earlier episode :)

  • I love scotty ngyuen, baybee

  • hellmuth just talks way too much and always praising himself. that fucking cocksucker. daniel is the best ever

  • he was not bluffing... he felt strong... that was a bad play that confused a good player. period.

  • i think ken thought he (himself) was strong, and as he was betting with an ace out there he felt inclined to bet big as now he caught 2 pair on the river, which is why everyone thought he had a good hand - so did ken, anway daniel could have been out-kicked - oh and hes the best reader out there so dont dis

  • What do you mean by outkicked? There was no possible kicker.

  • Yeah they both would have played the K with As and 3s but your right on the count that he felt strong. Surely Daniel would have raised if he had an Ace but he didnt because of his kicker. They both misread each other, they both played it bad.

  • Kicker? are u drunk? there is no kicker after turn lol

  • Ken was over-valuing and everyone knows it!

He didn't think Daniel had an A.

Those pro's are just not used to play with amatures anymore, so this time his confident play worked. Lets see next time... ;-)

  • At EXACTLY 2:53 - 2:54 you can hear the retard laugh at Mike's "potty" joke when talking about Phil's book.

What a sad little specimen indeed.

  • K. Light is missing a Guiness and a pipe.

  • wow... i think daniel took it easy on him. daniel's too good to fold that.

  • I have to agree, but he is a lucky bastard to be playing with this crew. I'd take his seat any day.

  • he WAS value-betting. what a liar.

  • how can u value bet when theres an ace and a pair of 3's???????? it was so obvious daniel had the ace... he bet the 5000 to bluff. i'm surprised daniel didn't call with the king on the board. if he liked his hand he would of check/called cause of the ace and the 3's...

  • Its same guy lol. Did you watch the whole show? Don't you know Daniel is one of the best at reading people? Daniel knew he hit the river and he knew he was strong. But in fact Light just thought he was strong lol. Can't you tell Light is lying when it took him so long to answer Phil's question. Even Phil doesn't believe its a bluff.
