this may sound like a crazy idea... but thats how you open a fuckin knife... and btw if you want a legal switchblade then get a spring assist, there practically the exact same. just thought id let you know
C'mon dude...you just made a video of how to open a knife! its painfully obvious that the thumbstud is how you would deploy the blade...thats the ENTIRE POINT of the thumbstud!
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?? The REAL sad thing is that you probably have absolutely NO idea how stupid you are. Your parents should slap each other!!
I just can't see any point in this vid except that of the knife. I mean, i've you've got a knife with good thumb studs or a Carson flipper this needs no explaining... It's like saying "This is how you light a Zippo".
Please don't ever make any video ever again that pertains to knives, or other sharp objects. You are extremely ignorant about proper care and feeding of that Gerber Paraframe. You never realized that the thumb studs were for opening the knife with your thumb? Are you aware that there is this thing called an assisted opening knife? If you grew a pair, you maybe could even buy a real automatic knife... Why don't you watch a couple reviews and educate yourself, huh?
you my friend, like the male gender, i can tell by your voice. so put your little knife away and go to a gay club, if you need to open knife wast get a knife with a wave, they aren't against the law to have and you wont have problems, all i had to say
make sure you're blade is lubed up because I just cut myself because the knife stopped mid flick with my thumb and my thumb continued to slide down the blade.
Quick tip: Backing out the pivot screw (the one that holds the blade) is usually not a good idea. It loosens lockup and causes blade wobble, which is more than annoying- it's dangerous. On stronger, more expensive knives with good locks (like Emersons, which are notoriously stiff), a little wobble is not the end of the world. On cheaper knives (like Kershaws or no-brand Chinese pieces), blade wobble can cause catastrophic lock failure: the blade may unlock and snap shut on your fingers.
i do this all the time, even before i seen this lol
