I bought A new 2000 Malibu and a new 2002 Malibu.... Both were complete junk.. Got rid of each 1 before 30,000 miles.. I now have a 2003 Acura with 170,000 miles and it runs great.. Learn how to build a car GM!!
I have owned many chevy's including 2 Z06 Corvettes... Breakdowns are frequent and expensive & design flaws numerous.. My Acura has been back to service dept 4 times in 170k mi.. I spent my life owning chevy's but no more--- My son just bought an '06 Honda & daughter bought an '07 Toyota. This is a classic example of why GM is loosing market share. Maybe this new "Bu" is the beginning of a turnaround, but I doubt it........ Hey GM--I can fix your problem with 2 words---REVERSE-ENGINEER

Unlikely.... Unless by some miracle GM has figured out the car biz... Their primary downfall is DURABILITY...
