English, if you like it or not is the language of business. You can blame the Americans for that, most likely. Sadly I have to agree, there is no pressure whatsoever on English people to learn another language, however, most of us would be more than willing. If we had better resources in schools for it.

English, if you like it or not is the language of business. You can blame the Americans for that, most likely. Sadly I have to agree, there is no pressure whatsoever on English people to learn another language, however, most of us would be more than willing. If we had better resources in schools for it.
In terms of population, and economic growth Chinese will most likely be the business language of the future - I guess we better start brushing up on that.

I find it highly ironic that the video depicts an argument between two chinese guys that started because one thought the other was taking too loudly on his phone. The when the one guy asks the other to speak more softly, the guy on the phone goes ballistic, swearing and insulting the first guy. Even says he wants to have sex with his mother. How uncivilized. Is his behavior representative of chinese culture?

English is superior?? When most of the English speaking idiots can't even follow the grammar. Not to mention most of them can't even spell properly. Also, Americans DON'T speak English, they speak American. At least, the Brits spell properly and use proper grammar!!
