  • really nice fish but u kept it out of the water way to long

  • what did you catch it on?

  • On friday oct. 15 (yesterday) i seen a guy who was fishin a couple yards down from the bridge that pulled out a huge brown just a bit smaller than that one!

  • i bet he took it home to show off.. asshole

  • @brandollarz Don't need to get upset, this big brown trout is live and well. He's waiting for you on the San Juan River, NM.

  • @yspecial1( if you did let it go) can you make sure you have the fish fully submergerd

and handle it as least as possible.. fish suffer brain damage and gill damage from being out the water too long lessing it chances of survival..

well done for catching the beauty! ..but please handle with care and put them back.

    Tight lines

  • @brandollarz I've fished with Andy before and NOBODY is more passionate about conservation than him.I assure you he released this fish unharmed.

  • @flyfish1995 i wouldnt say nobody.. but glad to hear the fish went back,

i have a friend that fishes the san and treats the fish with full care but its as simple as this..

if you dont treat them with care and take them home there will be no more fish and no more fishing..

this goes to all fisherman.. leave nothing but footprints aswell, tight lines

  • real beauty !

  • Thanks, check out my website link to go to my youtube for rest of videos. I believe the brown trout my client caught recently is the same one except gained more weight and girth.

  • Let it go already......dam......

    CHIEF

  • Great fish! Show some respect for it, though. Get a quick photo and then get it ALL the way back in the water.

  • Yes, all Brown trout are wild on San Juan River and big ones are very smart.

  • Let you know that there aren't that many this size of brown trout are on the SJ due to cold water temp around 46'.

Most of brown trout we catch are under 17.

    Happy fishing!

  • beautiful fish~!!~ wish we had a place like that here in iowa =(

  • I let go this nice trout for others to catch and enjoy.

BTW, it's not easy to catch this size of wild brown on the San Juan because they stock rainbows heavily every year.

  • So much for catch and release.......
