Add Playlists to Sansa MP3 Player - Windows Media Player 10

My Sansa E200R was working perfectly a few weeks ago, but now it doesnt let me put any songs onto it, and i can't listen to them either. if i try to go to the "Songs" section, it just lists the songs as a bunch of weird boxes and signs, then it freezes. does anyone know how to fix it???
