    There really is no secret diet, just eat right, drink water, and make sure you're getting your rest.

  • He does have a good body but heres why everyone cannot achieve the same results doing the same thing. He said he dropped out of school and has devoted 16 years to fitness alone. Let's face it he has black genetics. His main exercises are dips and pull-ups/chinups. In a gym, you can do both exercises starting out with the assist machine.. it's very hard start from nothing and work your way to a BW pull up or Dip w.o any assists. It could take anywhere from 2-4 months.

  • @123Zachtheman Are you insane? The stuff he's doing is WAY harder than regular chinups/dips. I know it may not look that tough, but trust me the stuff he's doing is very tough. And yes genetics has some role in it, but most people can probably achieve this over time with hard work and a good diet. Not to say at all that it isn't impressive... it's very impressive.

  • @mattmossop I never said what he's doing isn't hard. However, if you read I said it's hard to get to the point to doing that without a pull up/chinup assist machine. He's only hindering his progress by not being in a gym. weighted pullups/dips>what he's doing

  • @123Zachtheman Not even close. Weighted pullups/dips are a much more one-dimensional exercise. It takes incredible strength to be able to hold your body out straight while doing a pushup on bars and not resting your feet on anything. I guarantee this guy could do chinups with a ton of weight attached to him. The type of stuff he's doing is very functional strength.

  • @123Zachtheman I would say that a planche pushup (what he's doing) is equally impressive as dipping 200 lbs. And regardless of how small his legs are there's no way he weighs 160 lbs. Also I don't see the point in building big beefy legs without functional strength. You can build powerful legs without squatting tons of weight. Although I have nothing against weighted squats.

Heck, even Jet Li and Sylvester Stallone can be seen doing this type of workout. the main reason why you see brothers doing this is because 1) it's a less costly alternative to the gym and 2) they're using their environment to their advantage. One may not do it the same exact way or time frame, but it can be done by anyone
