It sounds good. The only problem I have with it is it's not personal, like the original, which has one man singing to his lady. It seems strange to have a group of guys singing it!
I know it's heretical to state any cover could equal or even best an original, but I believe this is true. And this song is an excellent example. Dylan writes a beautiful song, but he has a folk aesthetic which detracts from the epic idea of love's transformative power.
This song demands full force play by the playboy archetype, a bachelor finally falling in love. Ministry does rough, bad boy and Duran Duran does effete, pretty boy, and both are pitch perfect. They surpass the original for me.

man this song has been done awesome, even better than the original but hey Simon Lebon can sing covers so beautiful and do their own just as well...good music duran duran an honour to say your my favourite band of all time and one heck of a great rock band to may i add.
