the anime is good but the manga is so much better. More fights, Tsukune being a ghoul, the exocist, just much better

Though video clips from the anime would have looked much nicer for an AMV, the manga's darker tone fulfills the purposes of your AMV's interpretation of the song just as well if not better.

Well i don't have any of the anime clips so i couldn't really use them but i think the manga is better suited, the anime isn't as dark as the manga.

What a lucky coincidence. It really depends on what tone you are trying to convey in a video. The anime is more light-hearted and the manga is more serious and dark.
