mcgeough has always hated edmonton, and that wasn't the first time he's screwed edmonton. there was a game back in the early nintys against calgary where everytime they hit someone with a good clean hit, they were penalized. calgary won the game 8-3 scoring 5 pp goals on 12 chances where edmonton only had 3.

He was the guy who waved in the tying goal when nobody else was sure. I mean yeah, no one needs praise for making the right call, but I'm sure he could have fucked around and not called it in if he really hated them that much. His hand was 6 inches away from the puck, and that wasn't even a call that Mick should have made. The back ref or the linesman dropping the puck would have got the call if it was needed. haha, I remember seeing this on tv, and Mctavish's comments after the game were priceless.
