But if you count all the problems people have for one day, versus how many sales were made upon that day, and versus how many Macs are being run on that day, then you may come up with a reasonable hypothesis. Do that for a year and average it out. Then come back and try again. Do the same thing with an off the shelf walmart PC as well. Compare your results.
