  • every note is executed with meaning intent beautifully performed controlled ease of tempo

  • Beautiful rendition... love it!

  • 素敵な演奏でした。

    今この曲を練習しているのでとても勉強になりました。

    ありがとう。

  • Glad to have found part 2. Werner, I think you could have ot more Sturm und Drang out of those sudden irruptions, but it was great to hear them played so accurately and finely. As for the meaning of the piece, I guess it is Hamlet's question. Mozart situates here the stresses of the D Minor concerto (at 3:43) in a more drawing-room context. The modulation after that does defy belief, It is as if Schumann segued to Gluck in 2chess moves. M also shaking his fist at fate, pt 1 has Waldstein motif!

  • can you tell me more about the details of the C minor Fantasia?

  • Thank you, that was most enjoyable, you play with such ease and perfection. Well worth 5*. Don 2473922

  • Who is Werner Nanni? Is he a German pianist? Or Austrian?

  • Together with pianoconcertos 20 & 24 his most aggressive pieces. It's quite rare for Mozart to express his feelings that clearly.

Nice playing of an impressive piece!

  • I'm not really getting fond of this piece. I don't like it as much as I like the D minor Fantasia. Can someone explain to me all the details and musical meanings of the piece?, There are many classical pieces that don't appeal to me when I hear them for the first time, but I gradually start to like some of them. Maybe this is C minor is one of them and I haven't understood the details of this musical architecture.

  • well played.

  • loved it
