Hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with it.
I got the book on Kindle on sale for $2.99, and have been on the diet for a week. I'll admit I've cheated a few times, but I'm already seeing (very) small results. I don't feel bloated, I've lost 2-3 pounds, and I feel better. It was a very good buy.
abs diet third day and even without being perfect (have snuck in white flour a little but will cut it out) I feel so much better than i did before. No bloating. Flatter stomach already. it's crazy not having to deal with the bloat i used to deal with and I eat more too.
Been on the abs diet now for about two weeks and let me tell you it works great! It really starts to look great when I watch my progress in the mirror.
i am also about to start this diet.not so much to lose weight but to start eating healthier, although i am a little overweight, the only thing i am wondering is, because of my type of work where i walk around and lift heavy objects all day, actually it feels allot like coming out of the gym at the end of the day. so i assume i should be taking in more calories than he recommends so how could i calculate the amount of calories i should take in?

Great video and great review. Just bought the book and i am super excited to read it. Im an athlete and im just looking to eat the right foods and help to stay fit during the off season. Thanks a lot for this vid.
i just looked up the book on the barnes & noble website but theres like 8 diff books!!! which one do i pick> i sound so stupid but i like to know which one will actually work for me
This book also sounds interesting. Thanx for talking about it. I like the fact that it gives you exercise tips on doing it at home and out of the home. Great vid Jason :0) losing inches is so much better than a number!

Weight training is great! It makes me feel more confident and stronger. I started out with a plan that my gym set up for me a long time ago and I've just been mixing it up and adding things as I go along. :)
i AGREE LOW CARBS ARE A TERRIBLE THING AND BELIVE ME THEY DONT WORK LOST 50 LBS ON SOUTH BEACH GAINED BACK 60 BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE NOW i EAT EVERYTHING HE SAID IN THAT BOOK LOST 45 LBS KEPT IT OFF 1 YEAR SO FAR NOW YOU TELL ME WHICH ONE WORKS LOL
I agree..low carb doesn't work! Sure, I lost weight..but I gained twice as much back. Who wants to eat all fats for the rest of their life anyways? So not healthy. Same with all those other diets..

Weight training is great! It makes me feel more confident and stronger. I started out with a plan that my gym set up for me a long time ago and I've just been mixing it up and adding things as I go along. :)
