One of the worst Perks in Modern Warfare 2, In My Opinion, is the Scrambler.

It does jam the enemy's radar the closer you are to the enemy, but that also gives the enemy a heads up that someone is coming.

Wich I basically learned when I used it a couple of times :P

BasilBanana is right it's totally random. sometimes you get awesome things like a chopper gunner or a predator missile. I has two once, one from the care package and one as a killstreak. Got a multi kill and the game winning kill with those! Other times you get a resupply which sucks especially if you use scavenger (like I do). So decide if you want the sure thing or a gamble?

Yeah... I created a "Runner" class to counter act the Harrier and Hellacopters, it's basiclly a Stinger and a weapon of our choice with the perks Marathon and Light Weight with a third Perk of our choice, and everything of our choice. It's a suicide mission class and an ez way to rank up ur weapons. It works for me.

lmao. for almost each killstreak there is a counter. stingers for chopers and harriers, hiding inside buildings when you see predator on radar, you can shoot down uav and counter uav etc. also i love it when he complained about being in cover when some1 killed him, just 2 words "bullet penetration".

1) Cold Blooded = Choppers etc ignore you and manually controlled ones have a very hard time picking you out

2) Stinger Missile. I set up a class with a stinger and if a harrier or chopper starts causing me problems I spawn as that and blow the damn thing out of the sky.
